Once the clear understanding of the geometrical situation and overall condition of the mill window has been surveyed and analyzed, we offer the re-engineering, the milling and full refurbishment of the housing window.
Chock Refurbishment
To be able to offer our guarantee packages it is absolutely necessary to refurbish the chock fleet. The new reference surfaces have to be protected and therefore we strongly propose the supply of a complete CORTS® precision flat bearing package made from our compound steel CORC®-g-stainless for all related chock fleets .
Greasing System
According to our experience the greasing of the liners extends the wear resistance. Therefore we recommend the installation of our patented LUBtec system for the top backup, top Work Roll, bottom work roll and bottom backup area.
CORTS® Wear plates
The CORC-g® compound steel liners are properly installed by our team and will have very little wear. The new liners will be corrosion and abrasion protected made from original CORTS® Compound Steel CORC-g®-stainless.
